Absolutely! In fact, we did. We created an octagon around 2 trees with a balcony and plexiglass walkway. Our neighbor thought it would be a fire risk, but when our neighborhood burned in the Wine Country fires 2 years ago our treehouse was only thing that survived. When we’re done rebuilding our home, we plan to expand our tree house and add rope walkways from our patio. Our treehouse is all we have left from our home and give us something for our family to return home to. Can’t wait to move back home next summer!
